  • Unheated classes are conducted in rooms with ambient temperatures, focusing on traditional aspects of yoga such as alignment, breathwork, and meditation.

  • Heated classes have increased room temperatures to enhance flexibility, promote detoxification, and elevate heart rate for a more physically challenging practice. The temperature range is approx. 80°F (27°C) to 105°F (30°C) or higher using infrared heat technology.
