Welcome to OLI Yoga and Pilates Studio, Inspired by Movement!

We are delighted to have you join our community. Please familiarize yourself with our studio policy to ensure a harmonious and safe environment for all participants.

By attending our studio, you agree to adhere to these policies. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to supporting you on your journey to health and well-being.

Studio Policy

  • All sales of service are final and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged. We do not accept cash, and services must be prepaid. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer class credits if you cancel within our cancellation policy. Credits will be applied to your account for future use. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will result in the loss of class credit.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins to settle in and prepare for your practice. Please respect the class schedule by entering and exiting quietly, especially if a session is in progress.

  • Reservations are recommended to secure your place in a class. These can be made online, through our app, or by contacting the studio directly. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 12 hours before the class starts. To avoid losing your credit, reserved classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the start time. If you cancel with less than 12-hour notice, you will forfeit the credit from your package or incur a penalty fee of $20.

    We do not accept cancellations via email. Please cancel your reservation through your account on our website or mobile app.

  • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for movement. Please refrain from wearing strong scents and ensure personal hygiene to respect fellow practitioners.

  • Store personal belongings in designated areas and refrain from bringing valuables into the studio. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    • Please respect the instructor and fellow participants by maintaining a quiet and focused atmosphere during class. Avoid disruptive behaviour, including talking during sessions.

    • To respect the journey of others and to make the most of your visit, we ask that you stay on your mat for the entire duration of the class, including our stretch and final resting shape. Your teacher will let you know when it is time to leave.

      If you must leave the room due to an emergency, such as needing the bathroom or feeling overheated or overstimulated, please do not re-enter the class. Instead, connect with our front desk team, who can assist you and re-credit your visit if necessary.

    • Inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or concerns before class begins.

    • Listen to your body and modify poses as needed to prevent injury.

    • Stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort. Please inform the instructor.

    • Please return any props used during the session to their designated areas.

  • Our studio room is an electronic-free zone. Kindly leave your phone in your coat or bag.

  • Oli Yoga and Pilates Inc. ("we” or “us”) values the privacy of visitors to its website. This privacy policy is effective February 1, 2020; it summarizes what information we might collect from a registered user or other visitor (“you”), and what we will and will not do with it.

    Please note that this privacy policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that Oli Yoga and Pilates Inc. does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by Oli Yoga and Pilates Inc. If you visit a website that we mention or link to, be sure to review its privacy policy before providing the site with information.

  • It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a user or provide you with any products or services. “Personally identifiable information” means information that can be used to identify you as an individual, such as, for example:

    • your name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address

    • your COMPANY NAME user ID and password (if applicable)

    • any account-preference information you provide us

    • your computer’s domain name and IP address, indicating where your computer is located on the Internet

    • session data for your login session, so that our computer can ‘talk’ to yours while you are logged in

    If you do provide personally identifiable information to us, either directly or through a reseller or other business partner, we will:

    • not sell or rent it to a third party without your permission and, although unless you opt out (see below), we may use your contact information to provide you with information we believe you need to know or may find useful, such as (for example) news about our services and products and modifications to the Terms of Service;

    • take commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction;

    Additionally, we will not use or disclose the information except:

    • as necessary to provide services or products you have ordered;

  • Oli Yoga and Pilates Inc. uses “cookies” to store personal data on your computer. We may also link information stored on your computer in cookies with personal data about specific individuals stored on our servers. If you set up your Web browser (for example, Internet Explorer or Firefox) so that cookies are not allowed, you might not be able to use some or all of the features of our Web site(s).

  • We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

    • not to share your user ID or password with anyone else;

    • to log off the Oli Yoga and Pilates Inc. website when you are finished;

    • to take customary precautions to guard against “malware” (viruses, Trojan horses, bots, etc.), for example by installing and updating suitable anti-virus software.

  • Oli Yoga and Pilates Inc.‘s operations are located primarily in Canada. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) to Canada. By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this website and service(s). Oli Yoga and Pilates Inc. does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

  • We reserve the right to change this privacy policy as we deem necessary or appropriate because of legal compliance requirements or changes in our business practices. If you have provided us with an email address, we will endeavour to notify you, by email to that address, of any material change to how we will use personally identifiable information.
